Photography

Within my wider practice, photography extends my enquiry into abstraction, light, and the experiential qualities of image and space.

Grounded in present-moment awareness and close observation, I engage with light, form, and atmosphere, drawn to subtle details that often go unnoticed.

I began photographing at sixteen with my first film camera, a Zenith, and learned to develop prints in the darkroom. This early experience shaped my understanding of photography as both material process and visual inquiry. The balance between technical precision and intuitive response continues to inform my practice.
